BAZAAR will only share your personal data with other entities in the following cases:

• For the rest of the purposes, your personal data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed. Nevertheless, your personal data might be communicated to Regulatory authorities or other third parties as per the applicable law.

• Other companies of the BAZAAR group, according to our legitimate interest, for internal management issues, are subject to the applicable privacy law.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights, always according to the applicable data protection law:

• The right to request access to your personal data: you can enquire BAZAAR about the processing of your personal data and access those
• The right to erasure your personal data
• The right to rectify your personal data in case they are inaccurate or incomplete
• The right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
• Filing a complaint with the corresponding Data Protection Authority of your Country and/or region
• The right of portability of the personal data: if you wish to have your personal data processed by a different data controller, BAZAAR will enable the transfer of your personal data to the new data controller indicated
• The right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data
• The right to object to the processing of your personal data
• The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on the automated processing of your personal data

In any event, all personal data linked to the user’s account, as well as any information and/or content included in the corresponding profile will be removed at the same time the user exercises the right of erasure. Furthermore, should the user exercise the right of erasure in connection with personal data necessary to provide the services on the Platform, BAZAAR will be forced to terminate its relationship with the user and shall therefore unsubscribe the user, who will not be entitled to file any claim whatsoever in this respect. Erasure will be executed without prejudice to the obligation of the blocking set out in some Data Protection regulation(s) applicable.

Users may exercise their rights by sending a written communication to BAZAAR’S corporate address indicated on our Legal Notice including upon request a photocopy of the ID card or equivalent identification document.

Important: Please note that some rights included above may not be applicable to you due to applicable data protection legislation. In that case, if you exercise a right that is not applicable we will not be able to proceed with it. Check your applicable rights beforehand in order to avoid any inconvenience.

How do we protect your personal data?

• BAZAAR has security measures in place to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, or inappropriately altered or disclosed. BAZAAR will process your personal data for as long as may be necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and will keep your data as provided as per the applicable laws and regulations.

The criteria we follow in this regard are determined by:

• The purpose of processing the personal data collected and compliance with the purpose. This means we will keep your data while it is active and until you cancel your account.

Please note that in some cases BAZAAR has the obligation to retain certain personal data of the users for an additional period of time depending on the Data Protection Regulations applicable.

Professionals working with BAZAAR who may intervene in any way in the services provided to the user undertake not to disclose or use the information they may gain access to. In any event, any information provided by the user will be considered confidential and may not be used for purposes other than the management of the user’s account and/or the services engaged with BAZAAR (if any). In this regard, we undertake not to disclose information regarding the user unless it is legally required.

International transfers

BAZAAR operates globally, therefore, in some cases, it will be necessary to transfer your personal data to third countries for operational purposes. We may transfer your personal data to the Service providers we need to provide your data with.

Special categories of data or sensitive data

We will neither collect nor process any personal data which may be especially sensitive or included in the special category of user personal data unless said data have been provided explicitly. Special personal data categories include information related to race/ethnicity, political opinions, religious, philosophical, or similar beliefs, membership in trade unions, genetic data, biometric data used for exclusive purposes of identification of an individual, health data, sexual life, or sexual orientation.

Policy regarding the use of the Platform by children

The Platform is not designed for or addressed to children under sixteen (16) years of age, who may not use it without the authorization of their parents or legal guardians. In this regard, we do not collect information from persons under said age deliberately. You may also use the opt-out procedure provided in any promotional message received from BAZAAR.

Please note that, even if you decide not to subscribe or if you decide to unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails or newsletters, we may need to continue contacting you in connection with important information of a non-commercial nature, such as problem-solving, inactivity, or lack of use, detection, and prevention of errors or, in general, compliance with the Legal Notice and operational procedures of the Platform.

Automated decision-making

BAZAAR integrates the content of the various classified ads websites in our Platform and directs quality traffic to their advertisements. Furthermore, we are capable of generating additional traffic by sending the right advert to the right user at the right time, through our native advertising products. We use automated decision-making procedures to respond to your choices on the Platform search engine, in order to render the services under the Legal Notice and offer you a quality and satisfactory service which is in accordance with your search.

Also, we generate user profiles. To do this we use cookies (if you have given your consent) and similar technologies that allow us to collect information about the searches you’ve made, the adverts or sections you’ve clicked on, the last adverts you’ve visited, or the adverts that we’ve shown you on our websites. This information allows us to, for example, show you suggestions that are similar to your searches or visited adverts or to show you personalized adverts related to your searches. We could also store your pseudonymized IP address in order to send you commercial communications based on your location.

The Platform includes links to other types of websites, applications, or platforms that we consider may be potentially informational and useful to you. However, keep in mind that we neither support nor recommend the content and/or services provided therein and that we are not liable for their privacy policies or terms of use. Amendments to the privacy policy

We will only use your personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy which is applicable at the time of collection of your personal data. BAZAAR reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing said amendments on our Platform. Therefore, we recommend that you check the Privacy Policy every time you enter the Platform. You may determine if the such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this policy was last updated. The use of the Platform after the changes implies their acceptance of them.

If we decide at any time to use personal data for purposes other than as stated at the time of collection, we will communicate said the decision to you by email, provided that we have your email address. In case your consent is needed you will have the chance to authorize or not those new purposes.

Should any of the clauses in this Privacy Policy be eliminated or considered null and void, this will not affect the rest of the terms and conditions, which shall remain fully valid and effective under regulations in force from time to time.
